Pursuant to the regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that, the Company has given public notice in the following newspapers with respect to voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) without giving exit opportunity to the shareholders and would remain listed on BSE Limited in terms of regulation 7(1)(b) of SEBI (Delisting of Shares) Regulations, 2009:

| 1: “Business Standard”, English national daily with wide circulation |
| 2: “Navbharat Times”, Hindi national daily with wide circulation and |
| 3: “Navshakti”, Marathi newspaper, regional language. |
