Cranes records 253% rise in revenues

Bangalore, July 31: Cranes Software International Ltd. a scientific and engineering software solutions provider, has registered a turnover of Rs. 683.93 lakh with a consolidated turnover of Rs. 838.12 lakh for the first quarter ended June 30, 2002.
According to the unaudited results issued by the company, the revenues in the quarter increased by 253 per cent, up from Rs. 270.11 lakh which was registered in the corresponding quarter in the previous year. With the profit after tax at Rs. 192.45 lakh, the company registered a PAT for 2001 - 2002 of Rs. 10.18 crore with a Rs. 32.74 crore turnover.
"Our focus has been in the area of scientific and engineering software solutions. In order to grow, we have constantly improvised on our marketing skills and introduced strategic business plans," CSIL co-founder, CEO and managing director Asif Khader said. |
